Deposits: A deposit of one night’s rent is required to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit is refundable based on the cancellation notice requirements listed below.

Cancellations: If your plans change and you need to change or cancel your reservation contact us by telephone at 212.929.1023. In order to receive a refund of your deposit you must contact us at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Reservations for arrival in less than 7 days are non-cancellable. If you cancel your reservation we will give you a cancellation code. Keep this code for your records. Adjustments will only be made with a valid cancellation code.

Changes: You may change your reservation without charge provided you notify us at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Your rate will be based on the rates in effect for your new dates. You will receive a new confirmation letter once the change has been processed.

No-Shows: Your reservation will be held until 10:00 AM the day following your arrival date, after which the room will be released. No adjustments will be made for a no-show.

  • Rates are based on single or double occupancy
  • Our One-Bedroom Suites and a limited number of our Superior Deluxe and Deluxe rooms can accommodate a third person for an additional charge
  • Rates are guaranteed at the time of booking
  • Rates do not include taxes
  • Tax rates are set by the city and state and are subject to change
